All yogurt is the same right? Wrong. Greek yogurt might LOOK similar to regular, but is one healtheir than the other?
Here's the answer:

Any plain yogurt is a great source of protein and calcium, but there are some differences between yogurts. Greek yogurt contains nearly triple the amount of protein as regular yogurt, due to the straining process, which results in a thicker consistency and a more sour taste. It’s more concentrated due to the absence of the whey that regular yogurt has. Greek yogurt is thicker than regular yogurt, and it isn’t as sweet. 
Unstrained regular yogurt typically contains more calcium than Greek though, and it has more whey than Greek yogurt because it hasn't been as strained out.
Do you know how much fiber per day should you be eating? According to USCF Health, the suggested amount of daily fiber is now about 25 to 29 grams. 
To help you reach that goal, we've come up with 20 different ways to eat 28 grams of fiber a day.

1. Fish and Veggie Foil Packets: In a piece of tin foil or parchment paper, add a piece of white fish, along with diced veggies, like sweet potatoes, snow peas, peppers, and shallots, and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon, and herbs. Bake the sealed packet in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
2. Chicken and Veggie Sheet Pan Meal: The main protein is chicken thighs, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper, and herbs like rosemary and thyme, and the fiber comes in with 1 cup sweet potatoes and 1 cup broccoli (8 grams total). Bake it all on one pan at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
3. Avocado Toast: This classic go-to can actually be a big fiber boost! Use one slice of Ezekiel bread, along with ⅓ mashed avocado, one egg, and 1 tablespoon of salsa, or a dash of hot sauce or chili flakes.
Studies have shown that certain foods you know to be healthy can actually do more damage to your teeth than tobacco. You already know about sugar, but there are some other foods that can mess with your teeth, too.
1. Dried Fruit: Thanks to its sugar content and stickiness, eating them plain gives off less saliva in your mouth. When you’re eating a meal, saliva production increases, so try tossing dried cranberries into your salad, or add dried apricot to quinoa for a punch of flavor. 
2. Citrus Fruit: The most commonly cited cause of tooth erosion is dietary acid, and citrus fruits are the top culprit.
3. Coffee: While coffee is high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, it’s highly acidic, and along with adding sugar to the drink as many people do, this can lead to staining. It’s important to make sure that you’re drinking water along with your cup of joe to minimize the damage.
